CRM & Marketing Automation
Our marketing automation services turn your CRM into a system that captures, qualifies and follows up with every lead without manual chasing. We work mainly in HubSpot and Salesforce, as part of our custom software solutions, and connect forms, ads and sales tools so data flows in one direction you can trust. When a tool has no native connector, we build it with API integrations.
Quick answer
What is CRM & Marketing Automation?
Marketing automation services set up the software and rules that capture leads, store them in a CRM, score and route them to the right person, and send timely follow-up messages automatically. Done well, they connect marketing and sales data so every lead is followed up and you can see which campaigns produce revenue.
What you get with crm & automation.
- CRM audit: properties, pipelines, duplicates and data quality
- HubSpot or Salesforce configuration, pipelines and deal stages
- Lead capture from forms, chat, calls and ad platforms into the CRM
- Lead scoring, routing and assignment rules with SLA alerts
- Nurture, onboarding and re-engagement email workflows
- Closed-loop reporting from campaign source to revenue
- Documentation and team training
Who it's for
- B2B and service companies where leads slip through the cracks or wait too long for follow-up
- Teams paying for HubSpot or Salesforce but using a fraction of it
- Marketing leaders who need to show which campaigns produce pipeline and revenue
How we deliver crm & automation.
- 1
Audit
We review your CRM, forms and lead handling to find where leads stall, duplicate or lose their source data.
- 2
Design the lifecycle
We define lifecycle stages, qualification criteria and handoff rules with marketing and sales together.
- 3
Build and connect
Pipelines, workflows and integrations go live in stages, with test leads run through every path before launch.
- 4
Measure and refine
Reporting shows response times, conversion between stages and revenue by source, and we adjust rules based on the data.
HubSpot or Salesforce: which CRM is right for you?
HubSpot is usually the better fit for small and mid-sized teams that want marketing, sales and service tools in one place with fast setup and an approachable interface. Its marketing features are built in, which makes nurture and attribution simpler to run.
Salesforce suits organizations with complex sales processes, many teams or regions, heavy customization needs or an existing Salesforce ecosystem. It is very flexible but usually needs more configuration and admin time, and marketing automation runs through additional Salesforce products.
If you already use one, improving it is usually smarter than migrating. We choose based on your process, team size and budget, not on the platform we prefer.
What should you automate first?
Automate lead capture, routing and the first follow-up before anything else. Speed and consistency of response often matter more than elaborate nurture sequences, and every lead should land in the CRM with its source attached and reach an owner quickly.
Next, automate the repetitive internal work: task creation, deal stage updates, reminders and notifications. Only then build multi-step nurture and re-engagement campaigns, because they depend on clean data and clear lifecycle stages to work.
Accurate source data also makes ad spend more efficient. Sending qualified lead and sale events back to your PPC campaigns lets the platforms optimize toward real outcomes, and our guide to fixing your tracking before you scale explains why that matters.
Can Zapier or Make replace a custom integration?
Often, yes, for simple, low-volume workflows. Zapier and Make are fast to set up and easy for non-developers to adjust. As volume, logic and error handling grow, a code-based integration or AI-assisted workflow automation can be more reliable and easier to monitor. If you are unsure which route fits, contact us and we will review your setup.
