Custom Software, CRM & Automation Solutions

Custom software solutions built around how your business actually works.

Our custom software solutions connect the tools you already use and fill the gaps they leave: CRM and marketing automation, API integrations, internal tools and AI chatbots. We build only what off-the-shelf software can't do well, and you own everything we deliver.

The problem

Sound familiar? Let's cross these off.

Your team copies data between tools by hand, leads slip through the gaps between systems, and the software you pay for almost fits your process, but not quite.

  • Your team re-enters the same data in several tools
  • Leads get lost between forms and your CRM
  • Spreadsheets run critical parts of the business
  • Reporting takes hours of manual work

Our approach, point by point

When custom software solutions beat another subscription

  1. 01Custom software solutions make sense when the tools you already pay for cover most of a process but not the part that matters.

The symptoms are familiar: staff copying data between systems, spreadsheets acting as the real database, leads that never reach the CRM and reports someone rebuilds by hand every Monday. Before writing any code we map the workflow as it actually runs, find where time and data are lost, and check whether configuration or an existing integration would solve it. Building custom is the right answer less often than vendors suggest, and we'd rather tell you that up front.

  2. 02Many projects start in the CRM.

CRM and marketing automation covers pipeline design, lead routing, lifecycle stages, email and SMS workflows and lead scoring in HubSpot, Salesforce or the platform you already use. Clean CRM data also improves ad performance, because offline conversion imports depend on knowing which leads became customers, a connection our analytics and tracking team builds on. We also clean up duplicate records and messy fields during setup, because automation built on bad data just makes mistakes faster.

  3. 03When systems need to talk, API integrations keep data in sync between your website, CRM, e-commerce platform, billing, scheduling and support tools.

Each integration is built with logging, retries and alerts, so a failed sync gets noticed instead of silently losing records. Where off-the-shelf tools don't fit, we build internal tools and business dashboards: admin panels, quoting tools, approval workflows and operational reporting designed around the way your team works. Each tool is built for the people who use it every day, with access controls so staff see only what they need.

  4. 04AI chatbots and workflow automation are worth considering when there's a clear, bounded job: answering common questions from your own documentation, qualifying inbound leads, summarizing tickets or drafting routine replies for a person to approve.

We ground assistants in your approved content, keep people in the loop for anything consequential, log conversations for review and handle personal data carefully. We'll also tell you when a simple form or rule-based workflow would do the job better than AI.

  5. 05Whatever we build, you own it: code in your repository, accounts in your name and documentation another developer could pick up.

Larger builds are delivered in small, working increments so your team can use and shape them early, and every release is checked by our quality assurance team before it reaches your staff or customers. If a process in your business keeps breaking, tell us about it and we'll help you work out whether custom work is worth it.

FAQ

Custom software FAQs.

Pricing is custom and depends on the number of systems involved, the complexity of the logic, data migration needs and whether ongoing support is included. Our pricing page explains how projects are structured, and you get a written scope after we map the workflow.

It depends on scope. A single integration or automation is a much smaller project than a custom application with user accounts and reporting. We break larger builds into phases so your team gets a usable first version early, and each phase has its own milestones.

Buy when an existing tool covers the job well and its limits don't hurt the business. Build when the process is specific to how you operate, when tools need to share data reliably, or when subscription costs and workarounds outweigh the cost of building. We often recommend a mix: configure what you have and build only the missing piece.

We work with HubSpot, Salesforce and most major CRMs, along with common e-commerce, billing, scheduling and support platforms. If a tool has a documented API or webhook support, we can usually integrate it.

You do. Code is delivered to your repository, systems run on accounts in your name, and your data stays yours. Documentation is part of every project so you're never locked in.

They can be, with the right limits. We restrict assistants to approved content, set clear rules for what they should not answer, route sensitive or complex questions to a person and review conversation logs. For some use cases a well-designed form or FAQ is the safer, simpler choice, and we'll say so.

Yes. We work with US businesses remotely, schedule calls around Eastern, Central, Mountain and Pacific time, and run custom software projects for whichever states and cities you sell in, alongside clients worldwide.

Common ones are lead routing, follow-up messages, CRM updates, invoicing, reporting and moving data between tools. If your team copies data by hand, it's usually a good candidate.

Usually, yes. We connect tools through their APIs, so your CRM, website, email, WhatsApp and accounting software share the same data.

Yes. We offer ongoing support and improvements, and we document everything so your team understands how it works.

No. Engagements start with a 90-day initial term so there's enough time to do the work properly, then continue month to month. You always see an itemized proposal before anything is agreed.
