A/B Testing Services

Our A/B testing services replace opinion-driven redesigns with experiments that show what actually changes customer behavior. Testing is the engine of our conversion rate optimization services, and every test starts from evidence rather than a list of ideas copied from other sites.

Quick answer

What is A/B Testing?

A/B testing services plan, build and analyze controlled experiments in which visitors are randomly split between the current version of a page and a variation, so you can see which performs better against a defined goal. Strong testing programs start from research, calculate sample sizes in advance and document every result, including losses.

What's included

What you get with a/b testing.

  • Testing roadmap prioritized by expected impact, confidence and effort
  • Hypotheses written from analytics, recordings and customer research
  • Sample size and test duration calculations before launch
  • Variation design and front-end build in your testing tool
  • QA across devices and browsers before any traffic is split
  • Results analysis with segment review and a clear ship, iterate or drop decision
  • A shared test log so learnings are not lost

Who it's for

  • E-commerce and SaaS teams with steady traffic to key pages
  • Marketing teams that want to settle design debates with evidence
  • Companies running tests that rarely produce clear decisions
How it works

How we deliver a/b testing.

  1. 1

    Research

We start with data and customer insight, often from a conversion audit, to find where and why visitors drop off.

  2. 2

    Prioritize and plan

Each idea becomes a hypothesis with a primary metric, guardrail metrics and a required sample size, so you know before launch whether a test is feasible.

  3. 3

    Build and QA

We design and build variations, check tracking end to end (with help from our GA4 setup service where events are missing) and confirm the experience works on every major device.

  4. 4

    Analyze and roll out

We call results only when the planned sample is reached, then help ship winners and turn losses into the next hypothesis. Talk to us about your current testing setup.

What should I A/B test first?

Test first where high traffic meets a clear problem: the pages and steps where many visitors arrive and a large share leave without acting. For most sites that means key landing pages, product or pricing pages, and the first steps of a checkout or signup flow.

Within those pages, start with changes that address the reason people hesitate: an unclear value proposition, a missing answer to a common objection, a confusing form or a weak call to action. Button colors and tiny copy tweaks rarely move results enough to detect. For pages that need a broader rework, landing page optimization is often the better starting point.

How much traffic do you need for A/B testing?

Enough conversions per variation to detect the size of change you care about, which depends on your current conversion rate and the minimum effect you want to measure. Lower conversion rates and smaller expected effects require more traffic. We calculate this before every test rather than relying on a rule of thumb.

If the numbers do not work, testing a page with too little traffic wastes time and produces unreliable results. In that case we test bolder changes, test higher in the funnel on a micro-conversion, or use qualitative research and careful before-and-after analysis instead.

How long should an A/B test run?

Until it reaches the sample size calculated in advance, and for at least one full weekly cycle so weekday and weekend behavior are both represented. Stopping a test the moment it looks significant is one of the most common ways teams ship false winners.

Running a test much longer than planned has its own risks, such as cookie deletion and changing traffic mix. Reliable results also depend on accurate conversion tracking, so read our guide on fixing your tracking before you scale before you start.

FAQ

A/B testing questions.

We will tell you before you spend money on experiments. Lower-traffic sites usually get more value from a conversion audit, usability testing and bigger, research-backed changes measured carefully over time.

We work with established platforms such as VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty and Convert, and with platform-specific tools where they fit, for example on Shopify. If you already have a tool, we usually work within it.

Not when it is done according to Google's guidance. That means not showing search engines different content from users, using temporary redirects and canonical tags for split-URL tests, and ending tests once they have reached a conclusion.

No. Many well-designed tests show no meaningful difference or a loss, and that is useful information too. What we commit to is a disciplined process that makes your decisions more reliable over time.

Pricing is custom and mainly depends on how many tests you want to run each month and how complex the variations are to build. Our pricing page explains how CRO programs are structured.
