Overview

How the GPS Fleet Tracking & Management System works

Every vehicle appears on a live map with speed, direction, ignition status and driver, with a full history you can replay. Alerts fire for speeding, harsh braking, idling, geofence entries and exits, and use outside working hours, so managers act on exceptions instead of staring at screens.

Beyond tracking, the system manages fleet costs: actual fuel use against expected, servicing by mileage or date, tyres and parts, and driver assignments. It works with most common tracker hardware and connects to our Rent a Car system and to third-party ERPs.

Benefits

What changes after go-live.

  1. 1

    Lower fuel and repair bills

Idling, speeding and route detours are visible per driver, and servicing happens on schedule instead of after a breakdown.

  2. 2

    Safer driving

Clear behavior scores and feedback improve driving habits and help bring down accident and insurance costs.

  3. 3

    Proof when it matters

Route history, timestamps and geofence logs settle customer disputes and confirm deliveries in seconds.

  4. 4

    Keep your hardware

Use the trackers you already have. The platform isn't locked to a single device maker.
