How the Hospital Management System works
The Hospital Management System connects departments that usually run on separate software. A patient registered at reception is the same patient in the doctor's notes, the lab, the pharmacy and billing. Doctors see history, results and prescriptions in one place, and finance sees charges as they happen.
Insurance is handled end to end: eligibility checks, pre-approvals, claim submission and reconciling payments. The patient portal and app take bookings, results and payments online, which takes pressure off the reception phones. Access is role-based and every action is logged.
