Google Ads Management
Our Google Ads management starts with the data Google's bidding algorithms learn from, then builds campaigns around what actually makes you money. It is one part of our PPC management services, and we connect it to your landing pages and tracking so every optimization is based on real outcomes. If you also want to reach people who already visited your site, pair it with retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
Quick answer
What is Google Ads Management?
Google Ads management is the ongoing work of planning, building, and optimizing campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen. It covers keyword and audience strategy, conversion tracking, bidding, ad copy, budgets, and landing pages, with the goal of turning ad spend into profitable sales or qualified leads.
What you get with google ads.
- Account audit covering structure, search terms, bidding, and conversion setup
- Conversion tracking review with enhanced conversions and offline conversion import where it fits
- Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns built around your margins
- Keyword research, negative keyword lists, and weekly search term cleanup
- Responsive search ad copy and asset testing
- Bid strategy and budget management tied to target CPA or ROAS
- Monthly reporting that ties spend to revenue or pipeline, not just clicks
Who it's for
- E-commerce brands that want Shopping and Performance Max tied to margin, not just revenue
- Service and B2B businesses that need qualified leads, not cheap form fills
- Teams with an existing account that has stalled or become hard to explain
How we deliver google ads.
- 1
Audit and tracking fix
We review the account and confirm conversions are firing correctly. If the data is broken, we fix it first, often alongside a GA4 setup and configuration project.
- 2
Rebuild the structure
Campaigns are grouped by intent and margin so budget goes to the searches and products that can pay back.
- 3
Launch and learn
We launch with clear targets, then review search terms, assets, and bid performance every week.
- 4
Scale what works
Budget moves toward campaigns that hit target, and we test new keywords, audiences, and formats to find the next layer of growth. See how we price paid media management for what an engagement includes.
How much should I spend on Google Ads?
You should spend enough for Google's bidding to collect meaningful conversion data, and no more than your margins can support at your target cost per acquisition. The right number depends on your average click cost, your conversion rate, and what a customer is worth to you, so we work it out from your own numbers rather than an industry rule of thumb.
A practical way to start: estimate how many conversions a month you need for a campaign to learn, multiply by a realistic cost per conversion, and treat that as the floor. If the floor is beyond your budget, narrow the campaign to your highest-intent keywords instead of spreading spend thin. Our guide to building a marketing budget you can defend walks through the math.
Is Performance Max better than Search campaigns?
Neither is better in every case: Search gives you control over exactly which queries you buy, while Performance Max uses Google's automation to serve ads across Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Gmail, and Maps from one campaign. Performance Max tends to suit e-commerce accounts with a solid product feed and reliable conversion data.
For lead generation, Performance Max can drift toward cheap, low-quality form fills unless it is fed offline conversion data that tells it which leads became customers. Most accounts we manage run both, with brand and core non-brand terms in Search and Performance Max set up with clear exclusions and asset groups built around real customer segments.
Why do Google Ads campaigns stop performing?
Most campaigns decline for one of three reasons: the conversion data feeding the algorithm is wrong, the account is spending on irrelevant searches, or the landing page cannot convert the traffic it gets. Rising click costs matter too, but they are rarely the whole story.
That is why our management covers more than bids. We check tracking first, prune wasted spend every week, and flag landing page problems we can see in the data. When the page is the bottleneck, we hand it to our landing page optimization team instead of buying more clicks for a page that leaks.

Google Ads questions.
Search campaigns can produce clicks and conversions within days of launch. Automated bid strategies usually need a few weeks of conversion data to stabilize, so we judge performance on trends over that learning period rather than the first few days.
Our pricing is custom and depends on the number of campaigns, platforms, and markets involved, plus how much tracking and landing page work is needed. Ad spend is paid directly to Google and is separate from our management fee. Our pricing page explains how we scope engagements.
Yes. We work inside your account with manager access, so the campaigns, data, and history stay yours if we ever part ways.
Usually yes, if competitors bid on your brand or if you want control over the message and landing page shown for brand searches. We report brand and non-brand results separately so brand traffic does not inflate how well the rest of the account looks.
