Meta Ads Management (Facebook & Instagram)
Meta ads management today is mostly about two things: feeding the algorithm accurate conversion data and giving it enough strong creative to work with. We handle both as part of our PPC management services, with simplified campaign structures that let Meta's delivery system find buyers. For businesses that want to test a younger, video-first audience next, we also offer TikTok ads management.
Quick answer
What is Meta Ads Management?
Meta ads management is the planning, launch, and ongoing optimization of paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Threads through Meta Ads Manager. It includes tracking setup with the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, campaign structure, audience strategy, creative testing, budget allocation, and reporting on cost per acquisition and return on ad spend.
What you get with meta ads.
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API audit, setup, and event deduplication
- Campaign architecture using Advantage+ campaigns alongside manual campaigns where control matters
- Creative testing plan with clear hypotheses and naming conventions
- Audience strategy covering broad targeting, customer lists, and exclusions
- Lead ads with instant forms and CRM sync for lead generation accounts
- Budget pacing and scaling rules based on contribution margin
- Reporting that compares Meta's numbers with your store or CRM data
Who it's for
- DTC and e-commerce brands that rely on Facebook and Instagram for new customers
- Local and service businesses using lead ads to fill a sales calendar
- Brands whose Meta results dropped after tracking or creative went stale
How we deliver meta ads.
- 1
Fix the signal
We verify Pixel and Conversions API events, match quality, and deduplication. Accurate data is the foundation, and our server-side tracking team handles complex setups.
- 2
Simplify the account
Fragmented ad sets are consolidated so each campaign gets enough conversions to optimize.
- 3
Test creative on a schedule
New concepts, hooks, and formats go live in planned batches, so we learn what drives results instead of guessing.
- 4
Scale with guardrails
Budgets increase on campaigns that hold their target efficiency, and we watch blended results to confirm growth is real.
Are Facebook ads still worth it?
Facebook and Instagram ads are still worth it for most consumer brands and many B2B companies, provided tracking is solid and you can supply a steady flow of new creative. Meta's reach across its apps remains very large, and its automated delivery is good at finding buyers once it has reliable conversion data.
Where they are not worth it is usually a setup problem: broken events after a site change, too many tiny ad sets, or the same three ads running for months. Fixing those basics often matters more than any targeting trick.
Why is creative so important for Meta ads?
Creative is the main lever left on Meta because the platform now handles much of the targeting automatically. With broad audiences and Advantage+ campaigns, the ad itself tells the system who it is for, so the hook, format, and message decide who sees it and whether they buy.
We run creative testing as a process, not a guess: each round tests a specific idea, results are read against cost per acquisition rather than click-through rate alone, and winners are iterated. Our creative testing framework article explains the method, and we can bring in our creative team when you need more assets than you can produce in-house.
Why don't my Meta ads results match Shopify or my CRM?
Meta's numbers rarely match your store or CRM because Meta credits conversions using its own attribution window, including some view-through conversions, while your backend records actual orders and leads. Privacy changes and blocked browser tracking add more gaps.
We do not try to make the numbers match exactly. Instead we track the gap over time, use Conversions API to recover lost signal, and judge Meta's contribution against blended metrics like total revenue against total marketing spend. If that is the conversation you need to have about your account, talk to our paid social team.

Meta Ads questions.
The Conversions API sends conversion events from your server or platform directly to Meta, instead of relying only on the browser pixel. Most advertisers should use it alongside the pixel, because it recovers events that browsers and ad blockers stop and improves the data Meta optimizes on.
We price each engagement individually based on spend level, number of accounts and markets, and how much creative and tracking work is involved. Your ad spend is billed by Meta and is separate from our fee. See our pricing page for how we put a plan together.
Advantage+ campaigns work well for many advertisers with good conversion data and a healthy volume of creative. We usually test them against a manual structure and keep whichever delivers better results on your own backend numbers.
We write ad copy and creative briefs as part of management, and we can produce static, video, and UGC-style ads through our creative team if you do not have assets ready.
